The stay was fine and I would book here again. Everything was reasonably clean. - Fabulous food. - Great views. - the location was excellent: a bazaar and touristy shops were within walking distance.

The service was personalized, no complaints whatsoever. I parked on-site.

No reason to complain, the venue met needs. Had lovely stay in September. The location of this hotel adjacent to Hagia Sofea, and sightseeing was wonderful. Luckily it was close to Caferaga Medresesi, had pastries there when it was rainy outside😃🙂

Spectacular views, magnificent and incredible setting.

Huge standard double room, lovely beds. A lot of facilities like: central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. Easy enough to find, in the centre of Istanbul.

Gorgeous food for breakfast. Decent staff, early check-in. - Amazing location by Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and the waterfront. - Stylish rooms. - Situated only 1 km from Basilica Cistern.

My room included central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was savoury with plenty of options in the terrace. The service was excellent during my stay. Furthermore, I was offered free Wi-Fi in all rooms, which allowed to work from the hotel.

My standard queen room was fashionable and neat. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served great food.

The location was wonderful and fantastic for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a large museum. the area was main touristic short walk to the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and SultanAhmet square. - the room we had included central heating, an individual safe, and an LCD TV.

Nice breakfast, view from the terrace on the Bosphorus and fortress walls, 100 meters away, nice staff, spacious rooms.

Amazing and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a huge variety of fresh foods. Located right in the heart of the city, near popular attractions like the Hippodrome, Aya Sofya, and Topkapi Museum. - Close to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, hamams, and the sea.

Hotel location is very strategic -- on a quieter road but within minutes walking to the major sites of the old city. Engin Coskun and others are very nice and helpful. The room is tastefully decorated. Breakfast selection is interesting.

There are no stairs and our room was on the 3rd-top floor. We are young and healthy so that is ok, but make sure you are comfortable with this. I do wish there is railing I could hold on to though. The roof top can be better furnished with chairs and tables with umbrellas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was absolutely ideal - I could easily walk to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms had lovely views of the surrounding buildings, which added to the charm of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast served on the rooftop with its amazing seaside view was simply superb.

The staff was wonderful! Super friendly and helpful. There were 3 guys working throughout our stay there...thank you for making our stay wonderful! I had forgotten my camera battery charger and one of them provided one for me the next day! The roof terrace had a view of the sea and of Hagia Sofia on the other side. The room itself (standard) was small but we were only there to sleep so it didn't matter. It was tastefully decorated. Location couldn't be beat...walking distance to everything in the Sultanahmet area.

If your room is on the 3rd floor (like ours was), be prepared to walk over a winding staircase. Not a huge problem though for us since we're still capable. But maybe hard for older people esp. after a long day of walking around. The breakfast tray has to be carried from the ground floor to the terrace (4th floor), if you want a view while eating. This was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel location is very close to the popular tourist spots and within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent and probably the best during our two weeks stay in Turkey. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in providing information as well as assisting day tours. Highly recommended!
